I wish it was possible to leave questions blank. I game a random guess regarding household income because I don't know what our annual income is (my parents keep track of our finances).

Michael

The survey is very good, but in the demographic section at the end you need to add two things. One is "retired" as an employment status, and the other is "retirement income" or something similar for source of income. Either that or put a box in there for additional comments. I don't know how many retired people will respond to this, but it could be a lot, and to say "unemployed" is somewhat misleading.

Hi all,

The survey site should be up now and Qualtrics & Columbia have created a 508 skin that I've applied so it shouldn't be tripping up screen readers anymore. If you have any problems accessing the survey please let me know and I will relay them to the IT group at the university. They (and I!) really do care about making things accessible!

Got it! It works.

Connie

Hi frida,

Can you try the link again? It has been working and just worked for me know (although it didn't work for me last night either - must be a system "glitch")

fridawrites

Anna, I can't get the link to work. Different web address?
