Dr. Scott Rains, Senior Advisor, [with]tv as well as Executive Producer, Catching the 9:05 [with]tv, is also editor of Rolling Rains Report, a website for dialogue on travel, disability, and universal design.
Dr. Rains holds a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of Washington, an M.A. in Pastoral Ministry from Seattle University, and a D. Min. in Pastoral Ministry from the Graduate Theological Foundation in South Bend, Indiana.
